Support for Peri-menopause, Menopause, and Post-menopause Discomfort*
FACT: Revival Soy can reduce menopausal hot flashes and night sweats. Results from a peer-reviewed, published study at The Johns Hopkins Hospital show that Revival Soy can reduce hot flashes naturally. Women experienced significant reductions in hot flashes and nights sweats, compared to their starting baseline levels, with daily Revival Soy use (just one serving per day). Typical reduction was nearly 40% in just 12 weeks in a study funded in part by Physicians Laboratories. It’s that simple and delicious!1
Menopause is a natural stage of life all women experience as they age. The hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and lack of energy can make menopause one of the most physically and emotionally miserable times in a woman’s life. So, let’s review what causes menopause, what you can expect and how Revival Soy can help support a more comfortable mid-life.

Menopause Hot Flash and Night Sweat Support with Soy?
While soy is not a replacement for prescription medication or HRT, over twenty clinical trials show that soy can help you have a more enjoyable and healthy mid-life by lessening hot flashes and other mild discomforts of menopause.1-10 Soy consumption has been shown to significantly improve a woman’s comfort and health during Peri-Menopause, Menopause and Post-Menopause. A medical review in American Family Physician (the journal of the prestigious American Association of Family Physicians) found that soy can significantly improve the discomforts of menopause.6
Scientists became very interested in soy’s potential role for menopause hot flashes and night sweat reduction after demographic studies revealed that only ~ 9% of women living in Asia, where the diet is rich in soy, experienced hot flashes during mid-life, in contrast to almost ~ 80 to 90% of Western women, who experience menopausal discomforts.11
Because soy can reduce hot flashes and nights sweats, and may reduce the risk of heart disease when consumed as part of an overall healthy diet, many doctors and healthcare providers now recommend soy as part of a healthy mid-life nutrition strategy.
What Causes Menopause?
Menopause occurs when declining levels of estrogen cause changes in your periods. This is a natural part of aging and not considered a disease. During menopause, ovulation (egg production) stops, causing periods to become less frequent and eventually stop altogether. For many women, this process begins silently somewhere around age 40. Declining estrogen levels during menopause may lead to poor vaginal and uterine health. Estrogen also helps women maintain strong bones and good cholesterol levels.

What Can I Expect?
Perimenopause
Gradually declining hormone levels (mid-to-late 30’s to mid 40’s)
The transition to menopause is a time period known as perimenopause, a process that begins 8 to 10 years before menopause and marks the beginning of declining hormone production by the ovaries. In the final one to two years of perimenopause, the decrease in estrogen accelerates and many women begin to experience menopausal discomfort such as irregular menstrual periods, hot flashes, mood swings, and lack of energy.
Menopause
Cessation of menstrual periods (late 40’s to mid 50’s)
At this stage, the ovaries have stopped releasing eggs and producing most of their estrogen. It’s during this time women can expect to experience the bulk of menopausal discomforts. Once a woman has gone 1 full year without a menstrual period, she has made it through menopause and at this point is considered postmenopausal.
Postmenopause
Increased health risks (late 50’s and beyond)
These are the years following menopause. During this stage, menopausal discomforts, such as hot flashes, ease for most women. Postmenopausal women are at increased risk for a number of health conditions, such as osteoporosis and heart disease.

I have noticed that my nails are stronger and able to grow longer since I stated Revival soy. Before my nails would grow to a certain length, weaken and then break. Now I have strong, healthy, beautiful nails
I have more energy. I noticed my nails seem to be growing better. I hardly have any more hot flashes. Hoping it helps my memory
I am a professional violinist and I use a whole lot of energy each day. That’s why God heard my prayers and sent me Revival Soy. It makes me feel much stronger and fresher. The regular soy protein bars at grocery stores and such are very uncomfortable to swallow and quite unpleasant in taste. The products always arrive promptly-something one can’t see very often
Dear Sirs, Revival Soy products have made me more energetic and made me feel a lot better. I actually feel stronger at work. This stuff is like a breath of fresh air. If it was a woman I would marry it..haha. Thank you very much for this product
I mixed the chocolate powered drink with some vanilla soy milk and a banana. I had a wonderful tasting chocolate/banana drink that taste better than any milk shake I’ve ever had. I was very pleased. I found your Revival Soy products to be easy to digest and I amazingly enough immediately felt relaxed and more energy instantly. I could not wait to place my first order. I plan on becoming a family member of Revival Soy and look forward to having continued healthy success. Thank you
Revival soy tastes so good. I thought that I will never be able to swallow it, especially the unsweetened ones. However, Revival Soy turned out to be so tasty and it gave me more energy. I’m a vegetarian
I asked my doctor about soy products for hot flashes and he said it would no doubt help and encouraged me to try it. I received my trial package and tried it that day and have not had a single hot flash or night sweat since. I am very impressed and will tell all my friends and family members that also have similar problems. I am also a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and must be aware of calories, sugar and fat so after your wonderful trial package of all your varieties of shakes and bars I will order the products you offer with sucralose to help with the amount of points that I must take into consideration on my Food Program. Thank you for Revival Soy !!!
